We celebrate love and life in our “little Burg" -
with space for up to 100 wonderful people at over 2000 metres above sea level.
When the sun is shining and the alpine herbs are in bloom, our visitors can look forward to a delicious snack with home-made ingredients. A honey schnapps made according to Grandma Helga’s recipe tastes good and strengthens the hiking spirit. Attention kids: our horses look forward to being stroked carefully.
And because it’s so beautiful in both summer and winter, all year round is the perfect time for celebrations at the Kriegeralpe. At the Burg, we like to celebrate, for example the conclusion of the Burg Golf Trophy.
With its quiet location and small scale, the Kriegeralpe is the perfect place for celebrations with invited guests. Whether it’s for a wedding, birthday or corporate event, we love renting out the Kriegeralpe exclusively and giving you an unforgettable day.
In winter, a stop-off on the way to the Burg is a must: there’s hot mulled wine, hearty Kässpätzle and the perfect conditions for snowball fights or a competition to build the most beautiful snowman.
Whether this is true is a question of perspective. But what is true is that it’s a 45-minute walk from Oberlech to us, past the famous “Gipslöcher". On skis, you take descent 34: “Kriegerhorn - Petersboden".
