Secrets of cheese dumpling cookery
In the summer months, we are happy to introduce Kässpätzle lovers to the secrets of Kässpätzle cooking. Our “Käsknöpfle" are prepared according to Helga Lucian’s original recipe - and then eaten together in a cosy atmosphere.
The cookery course is open to guests staying at the Burg as well as to day visitors.
- We offer the course on request for a minimum of 10 persons and start at 3:00 pm at the earliest.
- Registration at the Burg Hotel reception or directly at the Kriegeralpe (+43 664 22 697).
- Cost: 25 euros per person The Kriegeralpe can be reached from Oberlech in 45 to 60 minutes on foot or with the Petersboden cable car (then 15 minutes on foot).
- The last ascent of the Petersboden cable car is at 5:00 pm.
